Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed as soon as the online purchase is finalised. Your order will be shipped once the items are available, your payment is authorised, and the delivery address is confirmed. Please note that business days exclude bank holidays and are from Monday to Friday.

Shipping & Delivery Options

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

For UK orders:

  • We offer free standard shipping for UK-based customers.

For international orders:

  • Europe and United States: Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Delivery Estimates

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. While we strive to meet these delivery times, occasionally deliveries may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Service.

Order Tracking

You can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details once you have placed an order with UnlockSupps. The shipping details will be sent to the email address registered with your account or the email you used during the checkout process. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Change of Delivery Address

During the checkout process, you will have the option to specify a different delivery address. If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at contact@unlocksupps.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.

Please note that we reserve the right to request additional information if the delivery address differs from the billing address.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Europe
  • United States

Please be aware that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries. You may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. In such cases, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to your country and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

UnlockSupps is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Undeliverable Packages

If you are unavailable to accept your delivery, the carrier may leave a contact card at your address indicating when they will attempt re-delivery. If you are unable to receive the parcel during the carrier’s final attempt, it will be returned to the carrier’s depot. You must then contact the carrier to arrange a collection or redelivery. If the shipment is returned to us, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated delivery time with you.

Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive your order and find that items are missing or damaged, please:

  1. Check the number of tracking numbers you should have received.
  2. Verify you have received all parcels.
  3. Inspect all packing materials for small items.

Shipping Delays

We will contact you if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order and provide an updated estimated delivery date. If the delay reaches ten (10) days beyond the original estimated delivery date, you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

We will communicate any delays promptly and explain the reason for the delay. If the delay exceeds ten (10) days, we will offer you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
